It is reported that, OSRAM AG (OSRAM) from November 9, 2011 from joint venture partners have been acquired from Traxon Technologies, Ltd. (Referred to as Traxon) of the remaining shares.

Through this acquisition, OSRAM and further strengthen its expertise in fast-growing LED lighting solutions for the strength of the market, will help further expand the regional territory.

Hong Kong and Germany, Paderborn (Paderborn) based Traxon Technologies is a leading global professional LED systems and solutions, products include lighting and lighting control systems. The company Traxon and e: cue the two brands for buildings, shops and catering services to provide LED solutions.
